We only have six weeks of school left! Where has the year gone!<\/p>\n

Updates, upcoming events and reminders\u2026. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE INFORMATION BELOW. IT IS IMPORTANT!<\/strong><\/p>\n

School Closure<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The school will be closed Friday, May 17th<\/sup><\/u><\/strong> and Monday, May 20th<\/sup><\/u><\/strong> for the Victoria Day Holiday.<\/p>\n

Re-Registration Forms for 2019-2020<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have already returned your registration for the 2019-2020 school year, thank you. \u00a0As you are aware, it is imperative that we know what your intentions are for the 2019-2020 school year. The end of this school year is fast approaching and we are planning now for September. As always, we are committed to our present families and our returning students are our first priority. If you have any questions\/concerns with regards to your decision, please call the office to arrange an appointment to meet with Mrs. Mason. Please note that the August 15th<\/sup> Program Enhancement\/Material Fee and September\u2019s Tuition is required before June 14th<\/sup> <\/strong>(post-dated cheques are acceptable).<\/p>\n

Summer Camp<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Summer Camp registration is underway! Please bring in your registration to the office to allow staff to prepare for our summer programs. Summer Camp begins the week of June 24th<\/sup> and the last day of Summer Camp is August 23rd<\/sup>. Please note<\/strong> that Daycare Hours for Summer Camp begin at 7:00 a.m. and the day ends at 6.00 p.m. THIS IS NOT A \u2018DROP-IN\u2019 CAMP. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER<\/strong>. As always there is flexibility for camp. Your child does not have to attend full-time. This year we are offering a Toddler Camp, a Casa 1 Camp, a D.E.P.S. Camp Age 4 \u2013 8 and a D.E.P.S. Camp Age 8 and Up. All camps are at our D.E.P.S. location. This summer we are continuing to book S.T.E.M. workshops to visit our camp to enhance the summer program. Brochures are available in the office. For families that have already registered for Summer Camp, please note your cheques are on hold pending satisfactory enrolment. <\/strong><\/p>\n

End-of-Year Field Trip<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Grade 8 class is very excited about their end-of-year school trip. If you have any questions\/concerns regarding this trip please see Mr. Clement or Mrs. Mason.<\/p>\n

ALL Casa Parents<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please remember that although the warmer weather is here, the playground is very wet and muddy. Please send your children with boots and splash pants to keep them dry and comfortable. Thank you.<\/p>\n

Food Drive<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please see attached sheet. Our Food Drive will begin Monday, May 13th<\/sup>. The deadline is Monday, June 3rd<\/sup>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 .<\/p>\n
