School & Daycare hours
Half day: Drop off between 8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Pick up at 11:45 a.m.

Full day: Drop off between 8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Pick up at 3:30 p.m.

Daycare: 7:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. and from 3:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Payment

The yearly tuition fee is paid by 10 post-dated cheques/e-transfer, in the amount of the yearly tuition fee divided by 10, dated the 1st of each month from Sept. 2025 to June 2026.

The Material & Program Enhancement Fee for Casa 2, Casa 3 is paid by 3 post-dated cheques/e-transfer in the amount of $317 dated August 15th, 2026, December 15th, 2026 and March 15th, 2027.

The Material Fee for Casa 1 is paid by 3 post-dated cheques/e-transfer, in the amount of $450 dated August 15th, 2025, December 15th, 2026, and March 15th, 2027.

The Material Fee for Pre-Casa Toddler is paid by 3 post-dated cheques/e-transfer, in the amount of $450 dated August 15th, 2026, December 15th, 2026, and March 15th, 2027.

The fee for daycare is $10.50 per hour billed in 15 minute intervals. Daycare after 6:00 p.m. will be invoiced at $15.00 per 15-minute intervals paid directly to the Daycare Staff.  Daycare is invoiced monthly, and payment is due upon receipt.  June daycare is an average of Sept. to May and included in the May invoice to allow full payment before the end of the school year.
